Los Angeles

Services

  • Provides short term medical case management and linkage to care, service coordination, and client advocacy to newly and previously diagnosed individuals who are not engaged in HIV medical care. Further provides non-medical case management including client advocacy, support services, and linkages to mental health services through the Department of Mental Health.

  • Individuals and group psychotherapy are provided for all Medi-Cal eligible individuals and those eligible under the Ryan White program.

  • Provides client-centered, trauma-informed mental health services to Spanish-speaking adults (Ages 18+) living with or at risk for HIV in Los Angeles, CA.

  • Provides housing services in combination with essential support services (mental health, case management, etc.,) to individuals who are involved in the criminal justice system to support successful community re-entry and reduce recidivism rates and improve public safety.

  • Provides culturally competent and linguistically appropriate mental health counseling and case management services to transgender and gender nonconforming survivors of hates crimes or hate incidents. Also provides outreach and engagement services to raise awareness, disseminate information and resources, and generate referrals for direct services, as well as to facilitate a sense of community and mutual support to enhance safety in areas throughout Los Angeles.

Orange County

Services

  • Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate, engagement and technical assistance to workers in prioritized industries. Providing education about unhealthy workplace conditions, protections, and addressing workplace concerns.

  • Through partnership with the OC LGBTQ+ Collective, the program engages racial/ethnic minority (Black/African American; Latinx/Hispanic; Asian/Pacific Islander) LGBTQ+ individuals through physical and virtual outreach and engagement, workshops, educational groups, and large events to de-stigmatize mental/emotional health, promote utilization of mental health services, promote peer support, and establish/improve healthy coping mechanisms.

  • Provides substance use treatment services, integrated with mental health therapy, case management, and HIV/ Viral Hepatitis services to ethnic/ racial minority MSM, transgender, and gender non-conforming adults (ages 18 and older) living with or at-risk for HIV/AIDS.
